Stir Fry with Red Pepper & Beef

(15 min Prep & serving 4 people)


  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 300g Beef
  • 3 spring onions
  • 15g of Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Lime
  • 270g Udon Noodles
  • Sesame oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce


  • Halve the Red Peppers, remove the seeds and cut into slices
  • Cut the beef into strips of about 1cm
  • Cut the spring onions and coriander
  • Cut the lime into four pieces
  • Prepare the udon noodles (instructions on packet)
  • In a wok pan add 1/2 table spoon sesame oil, 1 table spoon oil.
  • Set the heat on high
  • Then add in the beef strips and wok for 30 seconds
  • Then add the red pepper and cook for a further 1 minutes
  • Turn off the heat
  • Add two table spoons of soy sauce to the wok mix then add in the cooked noodles and mix together
  • Serve with the spring onion and lime pieces.
