How to spend your Saturday?
- Start early - I know - you have been looking forward to sleep in. But the best way to start your weekend is to start early.
- Do an activity - such as Yoga, or Hiking. A run through the park. Nature or in a space where you can be mindful.
- Then brunch. Go to your favorite brunch spot.
- Spend the afternoon at the market.
- Or perhaps chill at home - relax - unwind with a book.
- Make a cup of tea or coffee & phone your best friend that lives far away
